Q: I'm getting pink lines on my display.
A: This problem is caused by VGA card. Download the latest driver from VGA manufacture website or we strongly recommend using Geforce2 MX or ATI video card with 32MB and up.
Q: My DVR is displaying black and white or all black on certain channels.
A: Black and white display is caused by low signal from video cable or using T-Connector.
Q: When I go into DVR Setup, I get black screen on my monitor.
A: If your monitor resolution size is 800X600, change to 1024X768.
